Mexican Oregano is an “essential” kitchen seasoning for Mexican and Southwestern dishes including Enchiladas, Tacos, Burritos and other Mexican plates. This variety of Oregano is different than the European variety in that it comes from a different plant and is almost “required” in Mexican style salsas and sauces.
