Ground Cinnamon is made from the Cassia Cinnamon. The Chile Guy sells both soft cinnamon sticks and Cassia Cinnamon from Mexico in Sticks, but the powder is made from the harder Cassia type of tree bark. Repackaging: All prices are based on bulk amounts 5 lb minimum. A $3 per box packing charge will be applied on orders which have a total product weight of less than 5 lbs.
