The Chile Guy sells both soft cinnamon sticks and Cassia Cinnamon from Mexico in Sticks, but the powder is made from the harder Cassia type of tree bark. Cinnamon is widely used for deserts, candy, coffee or baked goods and is generally regarded as much easier to use in recipes in its powdered format.

Freight Charges: Are FOB Bernalillo, NM warehouse. The Chile Guy reserves the right to add insurance on all orders over $100. Frozen Green Chile is shipped via Frozen container and quotes are generated on a per order basis and can vary based on destination.
Repackaging: All prices are based on bulk amounts 5 lb minimum. A $3 per box packing charge will be applied on orders which have a total product weight of less than 5 lbs.
